New Feature: Readable Customer Dialogues in Telegram Bots
Update! Customer dialogues are now truly readable.
Previously, the bot's history was "silent": only AI blocks were logged, and 67% of the entries were empty traces. Now:
The bot logs everything it sends. A centralized log of outgoing messages: texts, buttons, media, operator responses. The entire conversation is visible, not just half of it. A compact feed instead of a dump. Messages are grouped into dialogues, with the boundary defined by pauses (not /start). You can see which block generated the reply. Highlighting issues. Errors, undelivered notifications, and stalled steps are marked in the feed — no need to dig into logs. Incoming messages are also logged: button presses and media. Step tracing has moved to a separate layer — the feed is clean. Link to dialogue from tables
In the records and bookings tables, you can see the client's nickname, with a button to jump to the dialogue. Click on a booking → the conversation that originated it opens. This works in the calendar too.
