What does a plan include?

A plan is the size of your account package for a month, shared by all your bots: how many bots your account holds, active subscribers per bot, blocks in a scenario, payments per day in the payment block and storage space, plus access to AI models and no platform signature. Every editor block is available on every plan, the free one included.

How do I pay for a plan?

By bank card or SBP: you top up the account balance, and the price of the chosen plan for a month is charged from it — one payment for all your bots. There are no card subscriptions or automatic card charges: when the month ends, the plan renews from your balance if there is money on it — and if there is not, your bots simply keep working on the free package.

How much does AI cost?

AI is not included in any plan: requests are charged from the balance as they happen, at the prices in the models table. The plan only defines which models are available. On registration $1.18 is credited to your balance — enough for the first few hundred replies on the economical models.

Can I pay for a whole year?

Accepted Answer

Yes: 12 months cost as much as 10 — 2 months are free. You pick the term in the purchase window; the price follows your plan, and the renewal comes once a year for the same amount.

What happens when the paid month ends?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is switched off: the bot keeps running and service returns to the free package — with its limits and the platform signature. Top up within the next three days and the plan renews by itself; later on, pay for the plan again and the package comes back.

Question 6

Can I switch to another plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. On an upgrade the unused days of the current plan are converted into days of the new one in proportion to their prices, so nothing you paid for is lost.

I already use the service — what changes for me?

The free plan stays free. Bots created before the move to the new plans run without the new package limits for 7 days.
