Canvas, groups and undo
The scenario is a canvas of blocks connected with arrows, so the whole customer path is visible at once. Neighbouring blocks go into a labelled group (Ctrl + G) that collapses into a frame, so a large flow reads section by section. Any action is undone with Ctrl + Z and redone with Ctrl + Y.
A mobile editor
You can build the bot on a phone with one finger: tap a tile in the bottom dock to add a block, tap an output and then the target to connect them, drag to pan, pinch to zoom, tap a card to open its settings. Drag a block back into the dock to delete it.
Schema files and drafts
Download the scenario as a file and load it back — a backup before a big change or a way to move the flow to another bot. Unsaved edits go into a draft in the browser, so after a crash, a closed tab or an expired login the editor offers to restore them.
Checks before launch
The editor highlights data mistakes right on the canvas: a variable nobody writes, text where a condition expects a number, an empty output from the previous block. The «What comes out» panel and {{vars.*}} hints show what you can insert into a message, and a schema with such a mistake is not saved without your confirmation.
Test a block without running the bot
Send an HTTP request with the «Test» button straight from its settings, try the answer rules of an Input block in the tester, watch a Calculate formula update on sample values, and press «Check access» on a channel subscription to see whether the bot has the rights it needs.
MAX compatibility mode
One scenario runs in Telegram and in MAX. Blocks that do not run in MAX, or run with limits, are marked on the canvas, and on save the editor lists exactly what will not work in the MAX version of the bot.
AI blocks and HTTP requests
The bot answers free-form questions with GPT models from your knowledge base instead of only following menu branches. The HTTP block sends a lead to your CRM, a spreadsheet or your own service and passes the response on to the next blocks.

Do I need to know how to code to use a bot builder?
No. The scenario is assembled with the mouse, and texts and buttons are filled into ordinary fields. Code only comes up for unusual integrations, and often not even then — a plain HTTP block covers most APIs.
How is a builder different from a broadcast tool?
A broadcast tool sends messages to a list. A builder runs a conversation: the bot asks questions, branches on the answers, stores data in tables and calls your systems in between.
Can I move a bot built on another platform?
The bot in Telegram stays yours — you point the token at the new platform and rebuild the scenario from blocks. What cannot be moved is the conversation history held by the previous service, so export anything you need before you switch.
How many bots can one account run?
That is what the plan sets: 1 on the free plan, 3 on Start and 10 on Pro. The plan covers the account, not a single bot, so a second brand does not double the bill.
How much does the builder cost?
The first bot runs on the free plan, paid plans start at $9/mo per account per month. AI requests are billed separately from your balance as they happen, on every plan — there is no bundle of included AI minutes anywhere.
Do I need to install anything or run a server?
No. The editor opens in the browser and the published bot runs in a container on our side — you can close the laptop and the bot keeps answering. No VPS, no webhook setup, no certificates to renew.
Can I build a bot from my phone?
Yes. On phones and tablets the editor switches to a mobile mode: add blocks by tapping the bottom dock, connect them by tapping an output and then the target, open settings by tapping a card, pan with a finger and pinch to zoom. Edits made on the phone go into the same schema as on the computer. «Save as template» is still desktop-only.
Does the bot show ads for the builder?
There are no ads on any plan. The only platform mark is a short «Created by ChatBoss.pro» line in reply to /start and /about on the free plan; paid plans do not have it. Nothing else is injected into conversations or broadcasts.
Where is the ceiling of a no-code builder?
There is no code editor. Instead there is an HTTP block for any API, a computation block with formulas over conversation data, and AI blocks you instruct in plain words. That covers deep branching, tables and external systems. You hit the ceiling where your own server-side logic is needed: the bot can call it over HTTP, but your service runs it, not the scenario.
How does this compare with Manychat or Chatfuel?
Those platforms cover many channels at once and charge by contacts.
