Why does selling through a website and DMs leak orders?
Your buyer is already inside a messenger. Every step that pulls them out of it — opening a website, creating an account, installing an app — costs you a share of the orders.
The catalog lives in the chat history
Photos, prices and stock are forwarded by hand on every request. The same conversation repeats dozens of times a day — and stops repeating entirely once the shift is over.
Orders get lost between messages
Items, address and comments are scattered across the thread. Turning that into an invoice is manual work, and a forgotten line or a wrong total is a matter of time.
A web store costs more than the assortment is worth
A shop with twenty products does not need development and hosting. It needs a storefront you can rebuild in an evening and stop paying for when the season ends.
What a Telegram shop bot can do
The storefront and the cart are one Catalog block, payment is the Payment block, and orders are saved on their own. The store is a short chain of blocks on the canvas, not a separate product you buy on top.
Storefront in the Catalog block
Up to 100 products right in the block settings: name, price, description, a photo from your account storage and an in-stock flag. The storefront shows them as one-by-one cards or as a list of 1–10 per page, and ◀ ▶ buttons flip pages inside the same message instead of flooding the chat.
Cart with quantities and a total
Cart mode collects an order of several products: ➕ ➖ change the quantity, 🗑 removes a line, and the Checkout button shows the total. The cart lives from one hour to 30 days, so the buyer can come back tomorrow. Buy-at-once mode skips the cart and goes to payment with a single product.
Payment for the order total
Prices are set in Stars, rubles, TON, USDT or yuan. The Ordered exit connects to the Payment block, which bills the cart total: Telegram Stars, TON or USDT on TON straight to the owner wallet, USDT on Tron (TRC-20), Alipay to your own merchant account, or Russian cards via Prodamus.
Orders tab in the dashboard
Every checked-out order is saved: buyer, items, total, payment method and time. "Placed" turns into "Paid" by itself after the payment, and you mark "Completed" or "Cancelled" with a button. A cart abandoned after Checkout is visible too — a lead, not a lost order. Buyers can check their own paid and completed orders in the bot: a "My orders" menu button leads to the My orders block — no call to the manager needed.
Order alert to your manager
A Notification block after the payment sends you or a manager the order: {{order.text}}, {{order.total}} and {{order.id}} in the text, or the "Attach the catalog order" checkbox — a table with items, total, status and buyer.
Digital goods and CRM export
A file, a link or a license key set on the product is sent to the buyer automatically after payment. To push the order into a CRM or Google Sheets, use the HTTP Request block with their API — there are no out-of-the-box integrations.

How to build a Telegram store in one evening
Four steps and no code: connect the bot, fill the catalog, switch payments on, set up the order alert.
Step 1
Connect a bot and pick a starting point
Sign up on CHATBOSS.PRO, create a bot in @BotFather and paste the token into the settings. From there — an empty canvas or a ready template from the catalog that you fill with your own products.
Step 2
Fill the Catalog block
Drop the block on the canvas and add products: name, price, description, photo from storage. Choose the currency, the layout (cards or list) and the mode — Cart or Buy at once.
Step 3
Connect the Ordered exit to payment
The Ordered exit leads to the Payment block, and the order total fills in by itself. Pick the rail — Stars, TON, USDT, Alipay or Prodamus. The Cancelled exit leads to a "come back soon" message.
Step 4
Set up the alert and open the store
After the payment, add a Notification block with the order items. Buy from yourself once, check the Orders tab, then put the bot link in your profile, on your site and in your newsletter.
Telegram shop bot FAQ
How do I make a Telegram bot with a product catalog?
Add the Catalog block to the scenario and list products in its settings: name, price, description, photo and stock, up to 100 items. The storefront shows them as cards or as a paged list — nothing to program and nothing to deploy.
Is there a shopping cart in the bot?
Yes. In Cart mode the Catalog block collects products with quantities (➕ ➖ 🗑, Clear) and shows the total on the Checkout button. The cart is kept from one hour to 30 days — a week by default. For single-product purchases there is Buy-at-once mode.
Which payment methods does a shop bot support?
The Payment block accepts Telegram Stars, TON and USDT sent directly to the owner wallet (USDT on TON or on Tron TRC-20), Alipay in yuan and Russian cards via Prodamus. There is no international card acquiring — if Visa/Mastercard are mandatory for you, keep checkout on your own payment page and let the bot link to it.
Where do the orders go?
Into the Orders tab of the bot dashboard: buyer, items, total, status, payment method and time, filterable by status. The order is written at Checkout, so unpaid ones are visible too. To forward it to a CRM or Google Sheets, use the HTTP Request block with their API.
Can the bot report order status?
"Paid" is set automatically after the payment; "Completed" and "Cancelled" are set by the owner in the Orders tab. The bot does not message the buyer on a status change by itself, but the buyer can always check: a My orders block on a menu button shows the latest orders with date, items, total and status. To notify actively, use a broadcast to a segment, a reply from a human in the Operator block, or a message in the scenario right after the payment.
How do I learn about a new order?
Put a Notification block after the payment: {{order.text}}, {{order.total}} and {{order.id}} insert the items, the total and the order number, and the "Attach the catalog order" checkbox adds a table with the items and the buyer.
Do I still need a website to sell through the bot?
No. The storefront, checkout and payment live inside Telegram, so the buyer never has to leave or register anywhere. A website stays useful as a traffic source: it holds the link to your bot.
